Happy Days are pleased to announce that we have now moved into our new Haverfordwest site. The new, bright and colourful larger premises means we are able to offer more services including out of school care, Playgroup, possible weekend care and earlier/later opening hours, etc. If you have any specific requests around childcare, please contact us to let us know. We are happy to consider everything. Also, watch out for more info on childrens and parents activity classes starting in in the next few months Happy Days Childcare (Wales) Limited is owned and managed by Debbie Forrest and Helen Mathias, and has been operating for over 20 years.We have four bright, stimulating settings, offering a variety of different services. Each setting is run under the same principal of ‘Learn through Play’ and offers children of all ages the opportunity to develop at their own pace. Our settings offer quality care from a dedicated team of staff. All are qualified to either NVQ Level 2 or 3, with senior staff being qualified to NVQ Level 3, NNEB or Degree Level. We also actively encourage our staff to continue with their professional development through in-house training and local training organisations. We offer hot, nutritious meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day at no extra cost. We try our best to meet the needs of our busy parents and have a few services specifically to help them out. For example, you can drop your child off in their PJ’s if you wish and we will wash and dress them. Also, if you run out of nappies, wipes, creams, etc. we keep a stock at each site that you can buy on the premises. Also, we will try to arrange babysitters for you outside of nursery hours, ensuring where possible that the carer is well known to your child. We work closely with our parents to ensure that each child is happy and well cared for, giving parents peace of mind when leaving their child in our care. We have many awards and our list of achievements include: Winners of NMT Nursery Award for Business Development ( a UK National Award) Bronze food hygiene awards and all four settings achieving Grade 5 Food Rating from Environmental Health Inspections Finalists in Nursery World Awards 2009 - Nursery Chain of the Year (a Uk National award - named in top 5 of uk) ‘We are here because we care’ |
